급여
ㆍ기본 급여 : 2,200$ ~ 3,000$ (수당 및 시간외 근무 제외)
ㆍ평균 급여 : 2,600$ ~ 3,400$ (수당 및 시간외 근무 포함)
ㆍ시간외근무 계산 : 토요일 시급 1.5배, 공휴일 또는 일요일 2배
ㆍ기본 급여는 협상 및 네고 가능
담당업무
ㆍWelcome and greet all visitors including tenants and their guests
ㆍOversee the concierge counter and handles all tenants/guest enquiries
ㆍManage the Visitor Management System to register guests/visitors
ㆍProvide value-added services, directional assistance to tenants/guests
ㆍAssist with tenant events/ promotional activities and management team on the day-to-day operations
ㆍFamiliar with floor plans, facilities and services to assist with tenants/guest requests
ㆍAssist with the orientation tours to showcase our properties to new tenants or clients
ㆍAssist in administrative support to management office where necessary
ㆍAd-hoc duties as assigned

ㆍ영어회화 가능자
ㆍ긍정적인 태도
